They say the tale goes he once served in the galley o’ Hell itself, till the Devil hisself threw ’im out for usin’ too much fire in his stew and makin’ the damned dance instead o’ beg fer mercy.

Since that cursed day, he’s roamed far lands with his bass slung on his back, till he found our crew, where his strings crackle and roar, shakin’ the deck like a boilin’ cauldron ready to blow!

Cuenta la leyenda que sirvió en las cocinas del infierno y que el mismísimo diablo lo echó por usar demasiado picante y por hacer que los condenados bailaran en vez de suplicar.

Desde entonces, vagó por tierras lejanas con su bajo al hombro hasta llegar a nuestra tripulación donde sus cuerdas chisporrotean y hacen vibrar al suelo como un caldero hirviendo a punto de explotar.

The emotional hangover, or maybe it were the gallons of ale, from the end of this voyage left us a bit knocked out, but better late than never, so let us relish what was our last plunder of the year. Thanks @armma_albacete !

La resaca emocional (o quizás fueron los galones de cerveza) de este fin de gira nos ha dejado un poco fuera de combate, pero mejor tarde que nunca, así que a disfrutar del que fue nuestro último saqueo del año. ¡Gracias @armma_albacete !

Cada puerto que pisamos fue una fiesta, pero este cierre fue el broche de oro de un año que quedará grabado en nuestras memorias a prueba de los excesos de grog.

¡Gracias infinitas a todas las tripulaciones que nos acompañaron y se dejaron la garganta en cada saqueo!

Amid waves o’ grog we fired the last broadside o’ our Lost in a Sea of Grog Tour at @armma_albacete

Every port we plundered turned into a grand fest, but this final raid was the golden crown upon a year that’ll stay etched in our grog-soaked memories.

Endless thanks to all ye crews who joined the voyage and tore their throats shoutin’ with us at every raid!

Ye be warned, pirates — soon we’ll be castin’ our bottles to the sea, bearin’ the message ye’ve all been waitin’ for!

Entre olas de grog dimos el último cañonazo de nuestro Lost in a Sea of Grog Tour en @armma_albacete

Cada puerto que pisamos fue una fiesta, pero este cierre fue el broche de oro de un año que quedará grabado en nuestras memorias a prueba de los excesos de grog.

¡Gracias infinitas a todas las tripulaciones que nos acompañaron y se dejaron la garganta en cada saqueo!

Her very presence be a spell, fer with every tune the waves change their course and the dead stir from their sleep, for naught happens aboard this ship lest the Voodoo Witch lass dream it first.

Dicen que vino desde un puerto que ya no existe, con un puñado de huesos en una mano y un violín en la otra.

Su presencia es un hechizo, con cada acorde las olas cambian de rumbo y los muertos despiertan, porque nada sucede en el barco sin que la Vudú lo haya soñado antes.

Some swear they saw him in his final hours, staggerin’ ‘twixt taverns, and others claim that for all his pirate ways, not once’s he been seen touchin’ a drop o’ rum. What none dare question is how, with his drumsticks, he summons the beat o’ a thousand storms and makes even the bones o’ the dead dance till the deck itself be swayin’.

En cubierta lo llaman El Muerto, aunque nadie se atreve a preguntar por qué sigue respirando y no se sabe con certeza de dónde vino.

Algunos aseguran que lo vieron en sus últimos momentos tambaleándose entre tabernas y otros, que por muy pirata que sea, nunca se lo vió probar una gota de alcohol. Lo que nadie duda es que con sus baquetas invoca el pulso de mil tormentas y hace que hasta los esqueletos bailen haciendo que la cubierta se bambolee.

Though at times it seems a mutiny be brewin’ in the shadows, once the grog be poured and the fire lit for the feast, the blades find their sheaths again and laughter booms across the deck.

Welcome aboard, ye scallywags fresh from yer latest plunder, and ye old sea-rats who’ve been here since the first cannon roared: thank ye for not jumpin’ ship when the seas turn wild.

Keep yer eyes peeled, mates, for what’s comin’ will shake the very depths o’ the ocean itself!

Al mando del timón el Capitán lleva a esta tripulación a rincones que en los viejos tiempos no eran más que delirios de trasnoches con ron barato.

Aunque a veces parezca que un motín se cuece en las sombras, en cuanto se sirve el grog y se enciende el fuego para el festín los cuchillos vuelven a sus fundas y las risas retumban en cubierta.

Bienvenidos a bordo truhanes recién llegados de los últimos saqueos y a los sabandijas que están desde el primer disparo de cañon: gracias por no saltar del barco cuando el mar se embravece.

Mantengan los ojos bien abiertos porque lo que se viene va a sacudir hasta el rincón más profundo del oceano.
